the room was really clean and there was lots of space. the whole place felt relaxed and friendly.

It was nice to have the locked luggage room available. Unfortunately it is a vacuous room with Everyone's stuff, but still locked. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the evening security was very tight. There was a separte night entrance and one or two uniformed guards checking that you were a current hostel patron. It made me feel quite safe. It was located within 5 minutes walk from a central tube station. The staff are helpful, they arranged our early morning cab ahead of time so we could make an early flight from Stansted. A large selection at the breakfast buffet. Large clean showeres with hot water and excellent water pressure. Hair dryers in the bathroom for free.
