A refugee camp for alcoholics

There is nothing good to say about this place. The staff had no clue what was going on or how anything worked. Most likely due to the massive abundance of bad beer and weed. The facilities were filthy and I never once saw a cleaner.

The building is very cool, the free pancakes for breakfast are great and the location in St Kilda is good.

You get to meet a loads of people from all over the world and everyone is up for a laugh. you can also get good advise from people if you want to travel or get a job and listen to peoples experiences.

Staff will help you out with anything you can imagine. Location is great. Only minor thing about the location is, it is close to the streets where escort girls are working. Might meet some interesting people...
Nice friendly guests. Had a great time and extended my stay.

Fun times at the coffee palace

It was my first tme in a hostel and didnt really know what to expect but now having experienced other hostels The Coffee Palace is one of my favourite, clean rooms and amenities areas. Great location for the beach, shops and the big backpacker night life. Met some really great people here of all ages and had lots of fun nights out. All staff and fellow backpackers were very friendly. There's always something going on at the palace weather its free BBQ's or football matches in the park. Would recommend a stay here when visiting Melbourne.
