FIJI-TIME!!!

The staff and locals were very friendly and the hostel had heaps of activities to choose from. Freebies included the sea kayaks, pool and table tennis tables, and breakfast. There were daily activities to choose from and overall, 4 thumbs up! Would definitely recommend : )

Das beste an der Unterkunft war die traumhafte Lage: der Strand ist wunderschön (noch schöner als auf den Bildern!), die Leute die dort arbeiten sind unglaublich lieb & nett gewesen, die Zimmer & Bad supersauber und liebevoll täglich mit frischen Blüten dekoriert worden. Ausserdem gab es kostenlos afternoon tea mit leckeren scones und unendliche Möglichkeiten sich den Tag zu versüßen: Schnorcheln, Tauchen, Volleyball, Kajaks, Coconut Bowling, Pool Billard Turniere, Palm Leaf Weaving & Jewellery Making, Wasserfall-Wanderung und vieles mehr!

The location was close enough to a local town to walk to and anywhere on Viti Levu is within a 3 hour drive! Having said that if you want to buy food whilst there, although they do put on day trips to Suva it is probably advisable to buy it before you go. Although there is no kitchen for you to cook your own food as the food they have for dinner is very reasonably priced! They offer a free breakfast with accommodation and they have free tea and scones in the afternoon so you wont need to spend more than 20 FJD a day there on food, not to mention the fact that it's normally so hot that you wont want to eat much anyway! The staff are very friendly and every day they have 'happy hour' between 5-7! The resort is right on the beach with hammocks and a great pool area to chill out in. The beach is perfect white sand with a low tide so you can sunbathe very comfortably in a few inches of water. They have a large tree swing as well as a deck over the beach to watch the sunset on. They hold daily activities such as rainforest waterfall walks (highly recommended) as well as water sports i.e. scuba diving. It's a great place to learn to get your padi! They also have an area to get massages done, a full body massage was around 20 FJD so definitely worth trying! The showers sometimes ran cold and the dorm rooms are fairly basic but everywhere is clean and to a fair standard. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers and wouldn't think twice about staying there again! In fact, I'm planning my next trip already...

die wahnsinnig erholsame Atmosphäre

Die ganzen anderen Backpacker, mit denen man jeden Abend zusammen saß! ... sowie die Mitarbeiter + Chef der Anlage, die waren alle sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen! ... Auch die Zimmer sind super, und der Bereich mit Bar, Pool, Billardtisch etc. ist sehr schön gestaltet. Alles direkt am Strand! ... einfach nur zu empfehlen!!
