Excellent staff, good breakfast, good restaurant, clean rooms.

Good location in busy china town and easy access to the tube. Basic hotel but clean and friendly staff. Pool area was tidy, but pool needed cleaning as there was algae on the floor tiles. Friendly staff in hotel restaurant and food of high standard

Hotel staff were very good without being over friendly. The location is good, buses and metro just a short walk away. Food good, room clean and tidy, overall, a good hotel to use.

Room available upon arrival at 7:30 am. Very good buffet breakfast. Located on the edge of Chinatown.

Centrally located - great to be able to walk to some good food places within a few minutes. Friendly and helpful staff espacially as we were travelling with 2 very small children.

great location , central to all attractions , very easy walking , prefect & made our stay in Singapore memorable.
Exeter office did a fantastic job on our total intinery , everything organised with NO problems whatsoever which in itself is such a relief. Thanks to all JANE

Good location for those staying in Singapore - but not for a stop over (too far from airport). There are windowless rooms - strange and cavelike. If you don't mind that, this is a good 3 star option

One night only, to break a long trip. Very adequate for this purpose. Staff were helpful without being remarkably so.
BAD FEATURE: Guest laundry is tucked away at the bottom of two flights of stairs.

Great hotel in a great location right next to Chinatown in Singapore.My most fabulous gourmet destination.Room was stylish and large.The hotel was the best we have stayed in Singapore.
